i think this is one of the most amazing charts that i've seen in a while in science. It's still not parody, but its change can happen. The hubble has been operational long enough, 30, 30 years, and has enough people proposing every year to pull out meaningful statistics. What we noticed is that women just weren't getting as much time as men,. And any single year, it was just barely within the noise.
