I think also just like calling out messaging, indiactor of the fitness industry and marketing. Just calling it out where you see it, yes? And training ourselves as consumers to recognize when someone's just trying to sell you something totally or its genuinely giving you advice. There is so much out there. I recently somehow got sucked into the ticktok algorithm,. Like the fitness algorithm, and boy is it overwhelming. It's just people sharing transformations.
