At least once every two weeks go to an in person event where possible. Talk out loud a list of points and conversations yourself every day. Practice some of the points I'm going to say out loud all the questions because you want to be interested rather than interesting as with business. The third point is change your narrative. Whether it's a social or a day yes I do that before I go on dates.
