ARPA H: A New Venture Capital Fund
The ARPA H is like a venture capital fund, where they're going to have a lot of money and it's not necessarily that they are going to be doing all of the work. But if you're somebody that has a really good idea, then basically what will happen is that you'll submit your concept for consideration. And if it's selected, then you'll manage that project for the next three to six years using the millions of dollars that ARPA H has to invest. They've got some money to spend $4 billion over the next 24 months on biomedical and health breakthroughs.
