I think afterwards, it's going to depend on how you're feeling and where you're at with your listing. So if you get home and you're really tired, right, and you just kind of want to stick on a series or something to relax, then probably in that case, I would put the subtitles on. But do you know what I mean? It's not like a hard and fast rule. Another thing you can do is one of my friends, she recommended this to me actually, my friend, Elphin, is to Like, you put the subtitleson for a bit and then you switch them off for a bit. Because yeah, so there's quite a lot
