Many people are not fulfilled or suffering with their career. So maybe this is also partly why that many people are resigning. People like ai can get a significant raise if i make a move while i'm going to do that. Sometimes they actually did some of that intention work to try and figure out what's really right for them. Jeff Perry is an engineering coach, the founder of More Than Engineering and the co-host of the Engineering Career Coach podcast.
