Madonna's Dreams

In 1984, Madonna auditioned for Desperately Seeking Susan. The film was about a suburban woman who gets in over her head on the Lower East Side. This was after Madonna's first self-titled album was released but before she had really become a star. She went from basically being the equivalent of Lord in the summer of 2013 to basically be the equivalent of Beyonce during Crazy in Love.
