The 14th amendment right which says that you know state officials can't deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws and so this case comes to us out of the 8th Circuit specifically from Anoka County in Minnesota. The plaintiff Miriam Peralta she was in 2017 she was re-wended as she was driving her car she someone re-wending her and eventually a Coon Rapids police officer arrived at the scene.
