Extrinsic Motivation - I Love Lifting

Exercise is good, if people get moving. That accomplishes probably 80% of the benefits that you could hope to derive from virtually any form of exercise. The name of the game is just helping people a just find something that they legitimately enjoy doing. Some people prefer exercising alone and some like exercising with a single partner or a small group. There's kind of a resistance versus arobic type axis where both styles of exercise are good. And then i think the third way to consider is how intrinsically competitive someone is. I personally am hyper competitive so anything for my keeping score at it doesn't even have to be good at it. So there's really no impetus to compete yourself against others
