For me, the REM sleep and the deep sleep they turn upside down. Two or three hours of deep sleep and only an hour of REM sleep. So I don't know if I've opted in yet. You can obtain because it's interesting to follow it Because they have done a lot of studies now in a sleep lab. But don't think that you know you can compare your REM sleep to my REM sleep. It's just a different animal that they are they're misery.
