Are You a Mariwana User?

Katherine mc lean is an economist at temple university in philadelphia. She researches substance use and mental health and how they intersect with government policy. Members of her family have suffered from both mental illness and substance use. In a thought experiment, if she had to endorse either alcohol or mariwana, i'd go with mariwana because why? My sense is that it is less correlated with a lot of adverse outcomes.
