What's the Process of Bringing a Talent to a Game?

Jeremy: I was familiar with a lot of the different elements that would go into building syematic sequences. And also on the production side, we had to work a lot with our producer on scheduling and so on. But, im, i really felt like by the end of the process, i came out, i got much more well rounded because of it. Ah, you know, being an art director, his a very specific and very special title, especially for the studios that you've worked in.
