You Don't Need a Trust in an Irrevocable Trust?
This is a public service announcement. Be so careful if someone sells you an air vocal trust, get two or three opinions. If you're gonna spend thousands of dollars which I'm sure Keith did, give us a second opinion. Trust pay the highest tax rate period in the tax code. The same people that are selling this trust you are not doing the tax return next year. They throw you out to the world to good luck.
