The Power of Debriefing

I don't think that anything is an end state. You can constantly correct. I really love kind of the idea of debriefing. And debriefing is not about I'm going to blame you. I can blame, right? I can be in a room and kind of say, you f*** it up. That's a different story. But if you want to have a real debrief, you want people in the room that are asking, first of all describe what happened because people have different perspective of what happened. People can describe the same thing completely differently. And then describe to yourself, why did it happen? And what you, what I could have done better. Not
