It seems like products we were making in 19 70 o be a fairly complex as well. This are not easy twhen you say part o o complexity, what is to beg more complex about our productive services that requires this change in the way we manage employees? Well, let's go back forty years. 50 years o the automobile industry, and where they too often went by the hierarchy. So engineering would develop something and throw it over the wall to production. Yes, that makes sense. It worked up ti a certain point. Why did it stop working? What have you seen of the reasons that it stopped working? We talking about cars, but this cold apply to almost any product.
