How to Write a Course Once a Year
I caution people on on feeling like things are repetitive because there'll be people who I work with and they say oh I can't use all the same promotional materials I used last year. If you're doing something every single day there's much more chance of memory so we did very very things when you do something once a year though people don't remember. The results have only gotten better with time not worse but that's once a year so you know nobody remembers. People who do remember are usually pre-sold on the idea so they don't really care if they notice it's even if they notices it's the same content.
