Penny morden is a junior trade minister. She's not seen tohave achieved a whole lot in office. Some people have raised questionut whether she has the debth to be prime minister. But i think we got that wrong. Her lack of visibility, ind the fact peple don't know much about her, is obviously one of her strongest suits in this leadership. Comsess she's offering to be a fresh start. Also plays all the right tunes as far as the party membership's concerned.
