How to Go Slowly With Fermented Foods

Fermented foods for the most part are healthy. What I would love to see Simon is some more people making food at home. If you really wanted to have some control over this, Justin makes a lot of these things at home. Well, that's where the advice to go slowly comes in. Can't go overboard and say, wow, I heard Simon's podcast, so I'm all into this when in fact their microbiome isn't prepared for that load of fiber or they're not even happy with the fermented foods.
