The Russian Moves in Syria, Were Smart?

CNN's John Defterios says the Russian move in Syria was smart and stood out because not that many people were making smart moves. He says we have seen a completely different Putin in this war and just the whole kind of Russian stuff. "No one's learned anything from the previous several months when Russia was doing well," he says.
