How to Search for a Sales Force Administrator
If you seem like a fit for maybe 70% of the job description, then that's a good one to apply for. If it says they need like seven years of experience, okay, fine. But if it says sales force business analyst, two to three years of experience and then read that job description. They might need you to run a brand new app that they've never used before so that they can instead of hand dialing phone numbers, they can dial 1,000 phone numbers a day. And that may not be in the job descriptions, but they need you to go learn it and figure it out and do it.
