Apply Changes - What's the Magic That We Did This Time?
The main problem with instant run was that it wasn't a critical path. With live edit, the focus is on compose and obviously Kotlin. You're not allowed to add functions yet but certain versions of apply changes would let you add function. We call that structural redefinition because we define the cascade of the VM.
