How do you think about getting to the root cause of the problem which to me seems like we've constructed ways of living and have food environments and cities that are set up that promote sedentary lifestyles? The ultimate impact of the work that we're doing is it unfortunately a lot of the populations that do not have access to healthy foods or that live in built environments that support behaviors that are not particularly healthy. Those are the groups where we see the highest rates of aggressive cancers.
