Ryan: My problem with guilt is I go out of my way to think about all my past mistakes, the past things that I've done where I've wrong people. The more guilty I feel, then the more virtuous I must be, he says. Ryan: It's not about trying to look at every single thing that you can't do. Don't stew in that guilt because it's taking you out of the moment.
