Nutritionist Collette Fox and fast food chain founder Henry Dimbleby join us for a thought experiment on how to spread the idea further. Mr Dimbleby is now an adviser to government responsible for drawing up national rules on school dinners. He says getting off meat has become a hugely political issue.
