The Challenges of Building a Learning Tool

The Open Learning Initiative has created a tool that allows students to test their knowledge by writing questions. It's being used in high school, community college and public schools across the U.S. Steven Hansey: "We're asking students not to write these questions because we're looking for free labor" He says it can be an adaptive course or just give me a real-life scenario where I'm going to start this off and then I'll hand it over to them.
