Is There an Instagram Handle for Optimizing Things?

There are certain movements that mechanically may have certain muscle groups fire a little bit more. If your only goal is to build as much muscle as humanly possible in the shortest amount of time, maybe you should only focus on those specific movements. On the other side of things, if you have the goal of being strong in different areas so that you don't have as many weaknesses, perhaps do these non-optimal movements with lighter load.
