We use a Gantt chart which allows us to see all of our work in one place and where the guys fit into the simpros. It is a monthly subscription a yearly subscription based on how many people you've got working in the companyUsers use us and we pay quite a lot for it it's around hundreds of pounds I think it's 4 or 500 pound one to be paid for it's quite a lot of money but it's a size of business that you've got.
