The Importance of Health in the Workplace

Sally Kohn: I keep worrying about women getting back to work post quote unquote COVID. To what extent are some of these changes that companies are making when it comes to prioritizing health going to be a critical component of getting women back into the workplace? She says there is this sense of people really wanting a much more holistic understanding of what is going on in their life and why that matters. Kohn: We have to lean into where not just our overall message, but we need to think about who are the messengers for this as well.
