The Importance of Control in an Interview
I sound relaxed, but I am kind of relaxed because I know what I'm doing. In a way, it's like a nervous person who gets on stage to do stand up. And that's the most calm they are. You get on stage and there's at least a simulation of control. It's just like I understand the ground rules of this interaction with another person in a way that you never get with real life.
