The Importance of Classifying Documents
The titles of the documents sound very serious. What Rick is arguing, I think, is that because we haven't seen the documents, you don't know for a fact that these titles are as serious as they sound. Is it a possible defense for Trump to say these documents should have never had these classification levels? Not really. It's incredibly complicated. And there have to be a ton of litigation over how you handle it there.
