I started playing the cello when I was four years old. My parents said you're going to play the cello so I played the cello. There's pictures of me dancing on my mom's viola case while she practices wanting her to pay more attention to me than the viola. They had a string quartet and they would start the rehearsal after supper time so my sister and I would do our homework. We'd get ready for bed and we'd fall asleep listening to my parents rehearse.
