What's the Volatility of Real Estate Prices?

When you think about real estate, i think a lot of people think about real state prices themselves. And there's obviously volatility in two thousand and eight grade example, where, uh, the prices went down. I remember i talked to kiyo bas who's one of the people who shorted the housing market. He realized the models would all break, and in their this huge dislocation. But you definitely have to look at the the long term trend that, you know, probably diversifying with real estate. It's a good thing, right?
