The Importance of Wind

I find it to be among the more annoying features of weather you know feels personal and like send it in a way that it's definitely not. I welcome wind if it's hot but if it's cold then it feels like because I can tolerate very low temperatures. When the wind factor gets added in then that can be the thing that pushes me over the edge and that annoys me. It's like well where's this wind coming from I don't know what atmospheric conditions are causing this. Can we not with the wind right now let's have this die down?
