China's overall goal is to become the world's biggest economic and military power. The documents are really part of a broader campaign from China too, says Bob Greene. They have been trying to buy up Canadian companies both in the technology field, but also in the resource field - whether it's critical minerals or oil and gas. We can't abide by foreign governments interfering in our election campaigns, he adds.
