The Problem With Exercise
I went for a walk with my dogs yesterday and noticed about three hours later my arms hurt. There's no more good juice production. So if you exercise now you're just using up what little juice you have left. And the problem is people look at me and they think Travis is a big strong boy who can do anything. I'm like oh no this is all for show. Yeah, it's decorative meat. You know what I mean? Like I can't lift that car off of your loved one. I'm sorry but I can take a picture of it and put it on Instagram."
