The Greatest Enemy of the Spiritual Life

On one level, it's hard to slow down because we are a, i think, capt captive to a spirit of efficiency. I want to be everywhere at the same time, which is why, you know, social media gives the illusion that we can really experience the three main attributes of god - omniscience, omnipresence or omnipotence. These are some of the things that are really deeply, a rooted in our own lives, and why contemplation in slowing down is so critically important.
