Shadow Cogs Developer Experience

Shadow Cogs is a tool that I want to use and What's important to me is Tools that work out of the out of the box and don't require much Configuration. Most of the features and clothes and shadow Cogs are copied from other tools The live code reload with keeping the state is an idea came from pick we are, but I didn't come up with it.
