Do You Ever Give Out Referrals to Attorneys?

I have this idea that a lot of what we think of as racially motivated bad policing is actually class motivated. A police officer can kind of size somebody up and think, how much of an ability does this person have to make my life hell by suing me? And if that person doesn't have much power, I feel like often that person is at greater risk of being abused by police officers. So there are definitely going to be whites that are victims of police misconduct. But I think you'll also see sometimes the police being blind to social class when interacting with people of color.
