Most lawyers had not heard of Watson AlphaGo, GBG3 and effective computing. Should we be surprised at that? I don't celebrate it, but lawyers traditionally have been conservative in relation to technology. The big shift we're seeing now is that these technologies might be used in the actual delivery of legal services.
