How to Find Business Value and Business Wins
I like that around just focusing on trying to finding some business value or business win. If you're able to do that, I think sometimes it gets a little fuzzier for some small organizations where they're like, I have my gut says, this is going to drastically save us more time Or it's going to be removed barriers for me. You can't figure out how to pull together some data or metrics to kind of logically have that conversation. And in those cases, try and find, you know, proxy metrics or an estimate as much as you can. Again, there are assumptions, but some data is better than just a gut feel.
