The Importance of Product Strategy

I think we all have two managers that we mentioned. The one that was a nightmare, which taught us an awful lot when you look back from you. And then the other one, which was that manager, which, oh, you were so sad the day they left and all the day you moved on because they also taught you a huge amount. So you've got to have, I think, those both extremes as part of your journey through your career. But it also depends on if you have a learning attitude towards that experience.
