The Human Component of Open Source
There is no business built on top of open source. The focus really is building good open source projects that people around the world have pleasure to use and pushing production. Open source doesn't get adoption without talking to the community, creating a form for the community to come and speak and help each other. It's a little bit a peculiar way of building software because there is a human component to it.
