The Eigen layer is basically, Eigen is your own layer. So anybody should be able to come and build their own ideas and technologies into this common system. The idea that you can supply the Bitcoin proof of work trust to anybody else by saying that the same hashes that you're doing in one chain can be supplied to secure another network.
