Just moderate exercise for 15 or 20 minutes can decrease that likelihood from between 30 to 50%. That same type of very modest exercise resulted in individuals reporting significantly less excessive daytime sleepiness and they had fewer overall general sleep complications. None of the above evidence that I've just described proves causality. To do that we need more detailed scientific laboratory studies.
