Getting Clear on Who You Are as a Person

I think a lot of what holds people back is they've got their identity wrapped up too much in the numbers. Am, there's a settledness to the two identity issues that are underneath business. And so a get clear on who you are as a person, and that gives you the strength and the freedom to make decisions in your business that don't affect your identity.
