The hardest part with tat side joint disease is is probably 80 % of the diagnosis. And so it is absolutely critical to really talk to your patients, look at that history and then the physical exam. In our clinic, i have essentially five corps examination manoeuvres that every patient gets. But point tenderness over the p s i s and the fabre examination are probably my three favorite tests.
