Is It Throwing Off My Sleep?

I don't want that two hours before I go to bed It's got I need more time because I'm just trying to digest it. Um, and I definitely have to time dinner with my you know, like Especially with a heavy meal Like I could probably eat lighter if I have been in or something like that They wouldn't be a big deal. But if I'm eating You know meat I can find it down like 12 ounces of meat or something. So it's I don't know if there's like one I couldn't nail it down to one thing, right? There's some things that will throw it off if there's not one thing that makes it great.
