The study looked at the cadence of performance discussions, so comparing whether that formal discussion happened once a year, twice a year or more than that. And we looked at how employees felt about that and if their job performance was evaluated fairly. For every single one of those, the sweet spot was actually four times a year or once a quarter. Employees that went through an annual performance review had higher perceptions of things like their job being performance being evaluated fairly.
