Andrew Tate and his brother have not actually been formally charged yet. They are on a 30-day hold while the Romanian court gets shit in order to see what they're actually going to charge them on. "I think there's a chance Andrew has played his last cards, although he winds up getting out," says John Sutter of Hustlers University.
