How TinyPulse's Leadership Team Changed From 25 to 120 Employees
The company changed from the 25 employees to 120 employees how was the leadership team changed. You know we started off with an interesting model of most people coming in fractional so I was probably the one full-time person on the leadership team maybe up until about two years ago. So it let us hire really qualified people into those roles before we really needed somebody full-time and we're getting to the place now where we a thousand percent need everybody to be in full-time capacity.
